The structure of NATURE has been one of organized, flexible, answerable and transparent composition with predominantly the Tribal and rural elders as its chief operational centres and few noted personalities as its patrons. The structure stretches down to the villages and habitations and simultaneously searching to all the ITDA (Integrated Tribal Development Agency) regions as well as all the districts of Eastern Ghats districts. A massive inroad into the life, economy, occupations, health and education, rights protection and livelihoods has been of primary concern to the organization. The programming and execution of the priorities are entrusted to the professional team to monitor and evaluate at periodical intervals for quality and precision in the programs.
